Always remember to carry chains throughout the winter season and fit them where advised.
Please note the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
CONSUMABLES
Linen is provided (sheets/pillowslips, 1 towel per person, hand towel, bath mat, tea towel) along with a small amount of consumables eg. soap, toilet paper, firelighters, detergent etc. to get you started but please make sure you bring enough for your holiday. If you need extras the Brandy Creek Supermarket will have plenty on their shelves.
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is payable within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
BALANCE
The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your booking is made within 30 days of your arrival full payment will be required upon receipt of your confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if notice is given up to 30 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs with less than 30 days notice no refund will be given, unless the property can be rebooked. If the property is rebooked then a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $500 is required before you check in to your selected property. This can be made in the form of cash, cheque or credit card imprint. It is fully refundable provided the property is left in a clean state and no damage is caused throughout the course of the stay.
SNOW GUARANTEE
If, due to lack of snow, there are less than 3 lifts (inclusive of a least 1 lift that services an immediate trail) operating at Hotham 2 days prior to your check-in date you may choose to receive a credit or full refund (less $50.00 cancellation fee) on all pre-paid accommodation. You may not cancel your holiday on your check-in date. The guarantee does not apply if lifts are on safety windhold due to weather conditions. This will apply to all pre organised accommodation that Accommodation at Dinner Plain manages. If your selected property is booked by us through another booking agent on your behalf that agent’s terms and conditions will apply to your booking.

LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY
Dinner Plain Holidays takes no responsibility for loss or damage of guest property, or personal injury. Guests should report breakages and are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to them and for the damages or loss of property belonging to the apartment during their stay.
NOISE, PARTIES AND BEHAVIOUR
The property is for registered guests only. Parties are not permitted under any circumstances and there is to be not noise audible between 10pm and 8am and no excessive noise at any other time. A $100.00 deduction will be charged with each security or caretaker callout. If after one warning for noise or if your behavior or that of your guests causes damage, danger or annoyance to any other person or to property we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the apartment immediately and be treated as a cancellation inside 30/60. There will be no refund of any unused portion of you booking payment.
